We are excited to announce that our Summer 2021 Commencement Ceremony will be in person at Pioneer Park on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 10:00 am. There will be no limit on guests for graduates at Pioneer Park, and face covering will be required. Because this is an outdoor ceremony, we will monitor the weather closely, and weather forecasts may necessitate a move of the venue indoors. At that point, guests will be limited to five per graduate. Tickets would need to be picked up from Student Affairs August 9th-13th, or they must be picked up by the graduate the morning of the ceremony from the check-in table in the Pioneer Arena lobby. Only the graduate can pick up tickets and they must distribute the tickets to their family members. Graduates must arrive 1 ½ hours early if they need to pick up tickets from the check-in table or regalia from the Bookstore the morning of the ceremony.
There is a graduation fee of $100 that must be paid by all graduates regardless of whether you participate in the ceremony. This fee covers the purchase of your diploma, diploma tube, cap, gown, hood and tassel. The Business Office has added the graduation fee to your student account.
To receive your diploma following the end of the semester, all academic and financial obligations to the University must be met.

Your graduation regalia will be available for pick-up from the Bookstore on the Greeneville campus starting on August 3rd.
