The Bachelor of Arts in Education, Organizational Training and Performance Management (BAOT), will prepare students to work in organizations as entry-level training and talent development employees. During this program, students will develop skills in instructional design, curriculum design, leadership, employee evaluation, adult learning and other workforce needs. Graduates of this program will qualify for entry-level positions such as corporate trainers, training managers, learning managers, entry-level instructional designers, training consultants and directors of talent management.
The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Training and Performance Management program prepares individuals to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs.
Students achieve their knowledge through project-based learning opportunities.
