Master of Arts in E-Learning Leadership

The Tusculum University Master of Arts in e-Learning Leadership is an online program that prepares candidates to address e-learning needs in numerous settings. These include, but are not limited to, corporate, entertainment, manufacturing and education. It is an ideal program for those who have completed undergraduate degrees, especially in education or business, who are interested in leadership positions in e-learning.

The MAEL program is 100% asynchronous online and can be completed in 12 months.
 
Candidates will complete 30 hours of coursework, of which two, three-hour classes are capstone courses. Coursework will be delivered asynchronously via the Tusculum University learning management system and supported through regularly scheduled synchronous video conference meetings.
