The Master of Arts in Organizational Training and Performance Management helps people reach their potential by developing their individual talents and skills. Students learn how to help others recognize, develop and apply their talents by completing this degree in as little as one year, 100% online. The program consists of 11 courses and 33 credit hours.
The MAOT is designed for adult learners working in or preparing to work in positions of leadership within organizations. The curriculum encourages students to apply their personal work experiences and interests to project-based activities related to employee skill and competency development, training curriculum design, leadership, strategic planning, talent acquisition and other workforce needs.

The Master of Arts in Organizational Training and Performance Management program prepares individuals to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs through active, experiential, and project-based learning opportunities.
The MAOT program helps equip people grow in the workforce in two ways. Not only do students pursuing this master’s program become even more competent in their knowledge and skills, they empower those they subsequently train to be better prepared to help others.
