Dr. Hill comes to Tusculum after serving for eight years at the The Master’s University. While at Master’s he served as the Dean of the Faculty, Interim Vice President of Administration, Dean of the School of Business and Communication, Business Department Chair, Interim Director of Online Studies, and carried the rank of Professor. Prior to his time at Master’s, Dr. Hill served for five years as the McVay Endowed Chair of Business and the Associate Dean for The School of Professional Studies at Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas. He also served as the Co-Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs. Preceding his time at Sterling College, Dr. Hill served as an Assistant Professor of Business at Hope International University in Fullerton, California for six years, four of those as the Business Chair for The School of Professional Studies.
Dr. Hill has a Bachelors in Safety from the University of Southern California, a Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from California State University, Northridge, an MBA from University of California, Irvine, and a Ph.D. in Management from Northcentral University. Dr. Hill lives in Johnson City with his wife Stephanie and three children. When not teaching, Dr. Hill enjoys building furniture and working on old cars.
