Notice Regarding Transcript Requests

For students who attended Tusculum at any point from 2012 to present day, any transcript request made after 9/24/2021 will likely come with delays as we are transitioning student information systems.  During this time, any changes to your academic record after 9/20/2021 may not be reflected on the transcript processed.  Once our transition between systems is complete, transcript requests will return to being processed promptly, and transcripts will reflect record accurately up to the date of processing.

Transcript Requests

Procedure

Electronic

Official transcripts can be requested electronically through Parchment for a charge of $10.

If you have requested a transcript by using Parchment in the past, you may sign-in using your previously created account by clicking “Existing User Account”.

If you are a previous or current student who has not used Parchment to request transcripts previously, you must create a new account by clicking on “New Learner Account”.

In-Person

Official transcripts can also be provided free of cost if picked up in-person from the Registrar’s Office on the Greeneville Campus.

Processing

Transcripts are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of the request. During the months of May, August, and December, requests may take up to 5 business days to be processed. Once processed, electronic delivery is usually within 1-2 hours, but mail delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Official transcripts are not issued via email or fax. Official transcripts may be requested using Parchment or picked up in the Registrar’s Office. Unofficial transcripts may be emailed upon student written request or accessed via Self-Service or WebAdvisor.

No transcript requests will be processed if the student’s transcript is on hold by the Business Office.

We are unable to accept phone requests. All transcript requests must contain the student’s written signature or be requested through Parchment.
